Ultralow headroom hoists
 

With limited space available, below deck on ships or on oil and gas platforms, HADEF equipment of low and ultralow headroom configuration offers the solution.

Lifting equipment used in marine and offshore environment require special features. Due to weather conditions, temperature and salty atmosphere, the surface protection has to be very strong Surfaces are blast-treated acc. to NORSOK standard on our own state-of-the-art roller conveyor blast machine.

This treatment increases material surface strength and offers the best preconditions for the special painting procedure that follows.

Rack and pinion drive
 

HADEF trolleys and trolley-hoist combinations wich rack and pinion drive mechanism are used on floating installations or vessels. The rack and pinion drive keeps trolley and hoist in position during high seas and allows exact positioning when operating. HADEF Overhead Cranes can be fitted with rack and pinion drive for both, crane bridge and trolley hoist.
